Top SchoolJesse Belcourt is a Full Stack Engineer based in Portland, Oregon with 11 years of hands-on experience building scalable web and mobile systems. He has led backend architecture and full-stack projects across warehouse management, manufacturing, and content platforms, and currently engineers at Prometheum after driving backend innovation as a senior engineer at Fulfilld. Comfortable across Dart/Flutter, JavaScript, Vue, Node, PHP, and MySQL, he blends API design, real-time app tooling, and data-driven interfaces to deliver resilient products. Jesse has a track record of shipping production tools— from large-scale link aggregation and automated reporting at CD Baby to a drag-and-drop cross-platform app builder at Amchara.
