Senior🎓
Top SchoolJesse Clark is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience leading high-autonomy teams in the crypto/Web3 space, currently based in Nicosia, Cyprus. At Rootstock Labs he expanded his scope to cover VP Engineering responsibilities for 30+ engineers across six squads while still shipping product, designing org-wide programs like DARE to remove tech lead bottlenecks and improving delivery predictability with OKRs and sprint standards. He combines hands-on full-stack expertise (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js) and EVM smart contract integration with practical security and architecture leadership, having driven the Vaults DeFi launch through audit to production and built a DAO with >$1M TVL. A founder with 17+ years running a SaaS for musicians, he pairs product ownership and customer-facing iteration with developing senior engineers into independent leaders. Not obvious from titles: he blends music-trained discipline and long-term product stewardship with deep blockchain engineering, enabling decisions made with technical context rather than from a distance.
