Top SchoolJesse Eilers is a hands-on engineering leader based in Amsterdam with a strong track record building wallets, DeFi products, and onchain infrastructure across startups and large platforms. He led Kraken’s Blockchain Platform and Onchain Business Unit, shipping Kraken Wallet, kBTC, and multiple privacy and account-abstraction initiatives while running a ~10-person cross-functional team. Jesse blends deep technical ownership (Solidity, Rust, Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes) with product judgment and delivery discipline, focusing on secure, production-grade financial systems users trust. He’s equally comfortable shaping architecture and rolling up his sleeves in code, and has also driven cross-chain and Cosmos-native work from his time at Ignite. Known for building high-performing teams, he prioritizes pragmatic decisions that move crypto toward real-world usage.
