Senior🎓
Top SchoolJesse Stanger is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Melbourne with a decade of professional experience delivering scalable web and UX-focused platforms. He has a strong track record building and operating microfrontend and component library ecosystems using React, TypeScript and single-spa, and has driven architectural designs end-to-end across SDLCs. Jesse has improved platform performance and developer productivity through pragmatic tech choices—introducing React Three Fiber for WebGL workflows, replacing costly third-party auth with an in-house OAuth2/OpenID provider, and Dockerising CI/CD to speed deployments. He combines hands-on implementation (from Three.js rendering fidelity to secure Kubernetes-based infra and secret management) with mentoring and cross-team collaboration to accelerate downstream teams. Notably, his work has spanned both consumer-facing product improvements that directly increased revenue and backend security/identity initiatives that reduced operational cost.
