Senior🎓
Top SchoolJesse Strode is a Lead Data Engineer based in New York with a decade of experience building scalable microservices and enterprise data platforms. He combines full-stack development skills (Java, Node, Python, Spring Boot, React) with large-scale data engineering (Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, Airflow) to design real-time streaming and batch pipelines that serve business-critical analytics. At Condé Nast he established and led teams that migrated services to EKS with Terraform and GitHub Actions, and operated high-traffic GraphQL APIs and Kafka-driven streams. Jesse brings hands-on ownership of the deployment and observability stack (Vault, Docker, CI/CD) and a pragmatic focus on turning messy third-party and first-party data into gold-level tables. Colleagues rely on him for both architectural direction and for rolling up his sleeves to deliver resilient, production-grade systems.
