Top SchoolJet Anderson is a Distinguished Engineer in application security with a decade of focused experience helping large enterprises bake security into the SDLC and scale developer-first programs. He has led practical AppSec transformations at companies like Nike, Amazon, and GEICO—creating initiatives such as the widely used "Code Doctor" program and gamified labs to teach secure coding to thousands. His background blends hands-on engineering, incident response, and solutions architecture, with early career roots in UI and content management that inform a pragmatic, user-centered approach to security. An entrepreneur and co-founder of a homebuilding startup, he pairs strategic technical leadership with real-world product delivery and an unusual knack for turning security education into engaging, repeatable workflows.
