Top SchoolJethro May is a Partner and Head of Development at FINN Partners UK with nine years of hands-on experience building and leading distributed engineering teams across full project lifecycles. He translates complex client needs into technical roadmaps, scopes and architects multi-stakeholder projects, and owns production infrastructure and deployment pipelines while keeping engineering tightly aligned with business and marketing goals. Equally comfortable in Laravel and broader web stacks, he has a background delivering high-performance bespoke sites, WordPress/VIP integrations, and mobile work from earlier entrepreneurial roles. He’s also formalising how his team uses AI—moving it from experimentation into repeatable processes, tooling, and methodology that shape planning and delivery. Clients rely on him both to course-correct at critical moments and to explain technical risk clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Outside of work he writes about engineering leadership and AI adoption at jethromay.com.
