👤
SeniorJhon López is a Senior Software Engineer and seasoned mobile leader with 18 years in software development, including 13+ years focused on iOS and over four years leading multi-platform teams. He combines hands-on iOS architecture and performance expertise (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine) with a strong backend foundation from early Java work, enabling robust client-server integrations and realtime features. At Disney he shipped high-impact commerce and real-time guest experience systems that cut wait times and latency dramatically, and later scaled teams and delivery as an Engineering Manager driving margin and velocity improvements. He’s adept at designing scalable architectures (MVVM-C, Clean, VIPER), implementing CI/CD and testing practices, and introducing realtime sync for millions of users. Known for building psychologically safe, balanced teams that reduce attrition and accelerate ramp-up, he also mentors engineers into tech-lead roles and subject-matter experts. Based in Seattle, he brings a pragmatic blend of technical depth, operational rigor, and people-first leadership to consumer-scale product challenges.
