Senior🎓
Top SchoolJhon Pantoja is a pragmatic Software Engineer II based in Amsterdam with 11 years of engineering experience and a 7+ year focus on building and scaling enterprise SaaS products. He blends full‑stack development and solution architecture with hands‑on security engineering, including vulnerability research, incident response, and supporting enterprise bug bounty operations. At HackerOne he led impactful features such as Spot Checks and a RAG pipeline using AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch, improving triage and enabling large‑scale reward payouts. He’s delivered frontend modernizations, backend refactors, and event‑driven AWS automations that simplified payments and boosted platform scalability. Jhon mentors teams and drives engineering best practices while still getting into the weeds on security tooling and performance tuning. Outside work he recharges with travel and books, often accompanied by his four‑legged companion.
