Top SchoolJihye Lee is a Senior AI Researcher at LG CNS with nine years of experience bridging web engineering and state-of-the-art LLM research, specializing in RAG pipelines, multilingual generative models, and enterprise-focused LLM fine-tuning. She has led production-ready projects—serving EXAONE models on GCP and remote GPUs, building Gradio interfaces, and releasing a financial-domain LLM leaderboard—while collaborating with Silicon Valley partners and Cohere. Her background as a front-end web developer and former backend engineer (Java/SpringBoot, React, SQL/NoSQL) gives her a rare full-stack perspective on deploying ML systems end-to-end. Academically grounded with graduate studies in AI at Seoul National University and international experience at Sciences Po, she combines rigorous evaluation practices (human + automated metrics) with practical optimizations like rule-based post-processing to improve cost and quality. Notably, she has experimented broadly across retrieval techniques (HyDE, RAG-fusion, rerankers, query decomposition) and hybrid vector stores, making her adept at turning advanced research into reusable enterprise assets.
