🤩
RockstarJill Klang is a versatile software engineer turned Social Media Director in Atlanta with a decade of experience building and modernizing Ruby on Rails systems. She has led cross-functional teams at companies like Power Home Remodeling and CallRail, delivering major upgrades, slashing test runtimes, and resolving persistent production bugs under tight deadlines. Jill pairs hands-on backend expertise—gems, APIs, and large-scale data imports—with product-focused work that shipped analytics and reporting features for customers and sales. She’s also driven developer productivity and culture through coaching programs, testing standards, and internal initiatives that boosted team morale. Currently bridging engineering and social strategy at WNB.rb while holding a software role at Shopify, she brings a rare blend of technical craft and communication savvy.
