Top SchoolJim Collins is a seasoned technology leader and Consultant CTO based in London with over 20 years of experience delivering scalable software, hardware prototypes, and high-performance teams across public and private sectors. He blends hands-on expertise—from Java/Python backend systems, cloud and Kubernetes migrations to blockchain staking and smart contracts—with a strategic focus on architecture, DevOps, security and measurable product KPIs. Jim has led major platform modernisations for organisations like HM Passport Office and Net‑A‑Porter, and recently moved agencies in-house while building teams and roadmaps at All in Place and CoachCube.AI. Comfortable translating complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, he pairs long-term cost/benefit thinking with rigorous CI/CD, testing and security discipline.
