He combines systems-level expertise (DevOps, telephony, cloud hosting) with application development in PHP, Python, JavaScript and modern AI tooling, and currently leads product and AI training initiatives at The Galecia Group. A former co-founder and managing partner of a progressive web development cooperative, Jim excels at translating community needs into sustainable tech services—examples include the LibraryCall Dial-A-Story telephony stack and the Bookpoints summer reading platform.
