Top SchoolJim Thompson is a technology executive and product-focused founder with two decades of experience building SaaS solutions and go-to-market strategies for industries from beverage alcohol to healthcare and life sciences. As Managing Partner at Innersanctum and co-founder of multiple ventures including GreatVines and Rogue IT, he blends hands-on product engineering, sales execution, and digital marketing to drive adoption and M&A outcomes. He has a track record of founding and exiting products (Chargent acquisition, GreatVines acquisition) and later scaling integrations and customer success across acquired portfolios. Based in Vancouver, Washington, Jim pairs technical leadership with practical domain expertise—he’s as comfortable architecting Salesforce-driven field sales apps as he is evangelizing product value to commercial teams. Outside of tech he’s an entrepreneurial tinkerer: a private pilot, avid homebrewer and trained chef, which surfaces in a knack for operational detail and cross-disciplinary creativity.
