Senior🎓
Top SchoolJimmy Nguyen is a pragmatic, polyglot software engineer and founder with 11 years of experience building full-stack, cloud-native products and infrastructure from prototype to production. As CEO of CapyDrive he designed and shipped a mobile-first, PLG-focused EdTech SaaS that blends gamified UX with conversion-driven monetization and end-to-end ownership of deployment, security and hosting. He combines hands-on expertise in Java, TypeScript and Python with AWS, Firebase, Angular and DevOps automation, and routinely moves between product design, backend architecture and CI/CD. A longtime freelancer and cloud engineer, Jimmy’s curiosity-led approach means he quickly adopts new techniques to solve practical problems—his background ranges from government and media platforms to ML-adjacent robotics work during his degree. Based in Leiden, he balances entrepreneurial product instincts with deep technical craftsmanship.
