Senior🎓
Top SchoolJimmy Wallace is a Lead DevOps Engineer based in Denver with 8 years of experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure for large enterprises. He has driven reliability and billing-critical systems at AWS EC2 Metering, automated CI/CD and release testing across dozens of regions, and now leads DevOps efforts at Charter Communications. Comfortable in both backend and cloud engineering, Jimmy blends infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and big-data auditing (Apache Spark) to ensure accuracy and resilience in production. His background includes designing developer-facing container deployment tools and migrating teams to serverless Fargate architectures, showing a strong focus on developer experience and operational scalability. Collected experiences from Capital One to AWS reveal a pattern of taking ownership of critical telemetry and failover processes that directly impact customer billing and uptime. Off-hours he’s the kind of engineer who juggles “many ideas, little time,” bringing curiosity and practical executions to thorny systems problems.
