Top SchoolJing Tang is a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 11 years of experience building scalable, fault-tolerant systems across mobile gaming, instant messaging, and video streaming. Based in Beijing, he has led core backend initiatives at Tubi—founding the in-house video manifest platform, driving the move to microservices, and architecting a robust Users & Devices identity platform while advancing CRM, cross-device, and privacy domains. Early in his career he built real-time gameplay and matchmaking systems using Erlang/OTP, a foundation that informs his emphasis on resilience and distributed design. He combines hands-on engineering and people leadership, growing high-performing teams that deliver production-grade services at scale. Notably, he has repeatedly migrated legacy stacks (Node.js to Elixir) and pioneered new service patterns that improve reliability and extensibility across consumer streaming experiences.
