As Head of SW Development at Alma Career he blends hands-on engineering sensibilities with Agile and Lean practices—Scrum, Kanban and scaling techniques—to boost team performance, motivation and continuous improvement. He has deep experience mapping and improving processes and is an advanced customizer of Atlassian tools (especially Jira) to align tooling with organizational needs. His background spans roles from developer to IT manager and scrum master, giving him a pragmatic view of both technical and people challenges. Colleagues rely on him to resolve day-to-day impediments while investing in long-term team growth and education. Based in Prague, he pairs strong operational discipline with a focus on measurable delivery improvements rather than flashy tech for its own sake.
