Senior🎓
Top SchoolJiyoon Ha is a backend engineer with 11 years of full-stack experience building scalable, production-ready systems for real-time communication and e-commerce domains. She has deep domain knowledge across orders, products, fulfillment, seller management, coupons and settlements, which she pairs with hands-on expertise in WebRTC, WebSocket, i18n and platform engineering. At startups and product teams she’s launched microservices, migrated clusters with zero downtime, and built LLM-enabled platform features including RAG search and LLM playgrounds. Comfortable across Python, Kotlin, Spring and cloud infra (Pulumi, AWS, Kubernetes), she often bridges product, ops and business teams through interviews and cross-functional collaboration. Notably, she has led transitions away from third-party auth and payment limits without service disruption and converted cluster architectures from x86 to ARM while keeping services stable. Based in Seoul, she combines pragmatic engineering with a strong product sense to solve complex e-commerce and real-time communication problems.
