Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoachim Baten is a Business Line Manager and senior Dynamics 365 CE leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Power Platform and .NET who now drives the CE Private Enterprise/Corporate line from strategy through delivery. He blends technical depth as a former solutions architect and developer with people leadership—coaching architects, scaling teams, and instituting competence and quality frameworks that improve delivery predictability. Joachim is known for turning complex business needs into scalable, maintainable architectures and acting as the primary escalation point to restore customer confidence on high‑stakes programs. His background in research and low‑level engineering (video streaming and industrial .NET systems) gives him a pragmatic, measurement‑driven approach to performance and testing rarely seen in CRM leaders. He excels at aligning presales, scoping and delivery to create repeatable outcomes and measurable business value. Based in Belgium, he combines strategic vision with hands‑on involvement to ensure solutions are future‑proof and operable at scale.
