Top SchoolJoachim Schlosser is an experienced engineering leader and people manager with 11+ years in software and R&D organizations, currently shaping teams and delivery at IGEL Technology while consulting independently. He brings a rare blend of deep technical roots (PhD in Computer Science) and hands-on organizational design for agile teams, having led strategy and transformation efforts in automotive, safety-critical systems, and developer-facing roles at Elektrobit and The MathWorks. Joachim focuses on improving speed, alignment, and sustainable quality by growing individual engineers and team leads rather than coding day-to-day, and he teaches informatics as a university professor. His background in architectural simulation for distributed ECU networks and formal experience in Model-Based Design give him credibility bridging research, safety, and product delivery.
