Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoakim Frostegård is a research-focused psychologist and software developer based in Stockholm with a decade of combined experience in clinical research and web application development. Holding an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Karolinska Institutet, he has supported multiple research groups there, blending empirical rigor with practical data workflows. He has hands-on backend experience (Python/Django/PostgreSQL) from earlier roles and architected a data analysis application for a private company, showing he can translate research needs into production-ready tools. Joakim also balances clinical-facing roles—seasonal work in healthcare and personal assistance—with research duties, giving him rare empathy-driven insight into patient-centered studies. Comfortable at the intersection of code and clinical science, he brings a pragmatic, multidisciplinary approach to building reproducible research infrastructure.
