Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoakim Hårsman is a Senior E-Health Architect with 16 years building and scaling one of the world’s largest electronic medical record systems, TakeCare, from its Karolinska roots to city-wide deployments. He blends hands-on full-stack engineering with leadership—having managed teams up to 21 engineers while owning architecture, performance, security and a REST API platform for mobile clients. Currently focused on patient-centered services like the 2.5 million-user Alltid Öppet, he pairs usability and visualization sensibilities with low-level optimization and infrastructure know-how. Deeply interested in programming language design and computer graphics, Joakim brings a rare mix of product empathy and systems-level rigor that keeps long-lived clinical systems responsive and resilient.
