Top SchoolJoan Racenet is a senior Product Manager with 12 years’ experience building DevTools, QA and developer experience products from code to acquisition; she co-founded Hiptest, helped scale it to €1M ARR and saw it acquired by SmartBear. A former full-stack developer who migrated to frontend and then product, she runs discovery like detective work—favoring qualitative signals and disciplined “no”s over shotgun feature building. At Packmind she turned a prototype into a shipped AI-for-code product and grew MAUs tenfold by focusing teams on activation and conversion. Joan blends hands-on coding (prototyping when sketches fall short) with AI-augmented workflows—using Claude and GitHub Copilot daily to prepare interviews, synthesize feedback and drive experiments. Based in Besançon and open to scale-up or larger-company roles, she brings product rigor grounded in engineering empathy and a preference for collaborative discovery.
