Top SchoolJoan Tresserra is a Berlin-based Frontend Engineer II with 15 years of professional experience and a decade-plus focus on web prototypes and user-facing applications. Combining a formal computer science education with studies in fine arts, Joan excels at translating visual design intent into polished, testable UX prototypes and production frontends. At AWS since 2020, and previously as a creative technologist at IXDS, Joan has led workflows that tighten the loop between design iteration and implementation across HTML/CSS/JavaScript stacks. Comfortable across frontend and full‑stack work, they bring practical experience with CMS platforms, Python and PHP from earlier roles, and a knack for improving cross-disciplinary collaboration. Colleagues value Joan’s hybrid visual-technical perspective that surfaces subtle usability improvements early in the product lifecycle.
