She blends engineering depth and go-to-market acumen at Cisco, owning SONiC and telemetry strategies for the 8000 series while previously designing high-value cloud and health data platforms. An MBA from the University of Washington with prior engineering and QA roots, she moves comfortably between technical architecture, P&L analysis, and executive storytelling. Joanna has a track record of launching novel products—from a proposed Telemetry Accelerator to moonshot Dynamics 365 features—and driving customer-facing commercialization in both startups and enterprises.
