Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoão Cravo is an engineering manager and cloud-native systems expert with 12 years of experience building scalable, observable platforms for robotics and high-throughput SaaS. Currently leading the Data Insights team at ANYbotics, he owns architecture and delivery for the Data Navigator, turning robotic inspection data into actionable customer insights while driving SRE and DevOps excellence. He has deep hands-on SRE and cloud engineering roots—designing multi-tenant Kubernetes-based SaaS, introducing Prometheus-driven observability, and managing complex CI/CD ecosystems across startups and enterprises. A pragmatic generalist, João prioritizes quality over quantity and adapts tools to problems rather than the other way around. He is also a people-builder who hires, mentors, and grows multidisciplinary teams that bridge engineering and UX. Based in Zurich, he combines a Lean, critical mindset with a constant hunger to learn and tackle unfamiliar technical challenges.
