João Ghignatti
Solutions Architect at TownSq
Summary
👤
SeniorJoão Ghignatti is a Software Architect with 9 years of experience focused on front-end engineering and solution architecture, currently leading platform efforts at TownSq from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Framework-agnostic by approach, he brings deep expertise in Angular while designing scalable, maintainable front-end architectures and guiding cross-functional teams. His career at TownSq grew from intern to architect, demonstrating hands-on delivery combined with long-term product stewardship and rapid iteration in distributed teams. A Solutions Architect mindset and a background in Computer and Computer Engineering from UFRGS give him a strong foundation in systems thinking and pragmatic engineering. He favors practical, testable designs that balance developer ergonomics and production reliability, and often bridges implementation and architecture rather than staying purely managerial.
