Summary
🤩
RockstarJoão Lemos is a Senior Back-end Engineer based in Barcelona with over a decade of experience building full-stack products across public finance, online betting, and digital publishing. He excels at shipping end-to-end systems, routinely bridging backend services, data infrastructure and frontend needs while navigating microservices, Kubernetes and observability at scale. At Snyk he played a key role in modernizing reporting by migrating to a scalable data cloud and implementing services that integrated Snowflake, Kafka, Debezium and PostgreSQL replication. Comfortable leading small teams and mentoring juniors, he pairs hands-on implementation with pragmatic design trade-offs learned in fast-growing environments. Now at Veriff, he continues focusing on resilient backend engineering informed by a deep understanding of the full delivery lifecycle.
