Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJoão Lenon is a full-stack software engineer from Paraná, Brazil with six to seven years of experience building performant Node.js and React-based products and DevOps pipelines. He co-created Athenna, a plug-and-play Node.js framework used for HTTP servers, workers, CLIs and more, and has optimized its ORM and benchmarking to outperform peers like NestJS and Express. As a member of the Node.js ESM loaders team he implemented programmatic loader registration and a resilient getCWDURL helper, changes that improved TypeScript support and process stability in Node.js core. João has practical production experience at Cloudflare (AI Gateway), Arena, and several startups, shipping cost and log evaluation systems, scalable microservices, CI/CD and observability solutions. He combines a curiosity-driven, pragmatic coding style—favoring simple, reusable code—with a strong focus on customer problems and team collaboration. Outside work he contributes to open source and built tooling (CI, SDKs, test runners) that repeatedly reduce developer friction across teams.
