Top SchoolJoaquín Campero is a Senior Software Engineer based in Amsterdam with 11 years of experience building and operating cloud-native, microservices-based systems. He blends hands-on polyglot development with strong DevOps and architectural practice—moving from performance tuning and backend services to redesigning CI/CD and disaster recovery with Terraform. At redbee he led platform improvements, drove Kotlin adoption, and introduced contract testing to raise engineering quality across a 100‑dev digital factory. More recently he worked on loyalty systems at fabric and now contributes to engineering at Picnic Technologies, focusing on scalable, reliable services. A natural team player and mentor, he pairs pragmatic engineering with a product-minded focus on making technology easier for people to use. Notably, his background spans mobile, backend, and infrastructure, enabling him to operate effectively across the full stack.
