Top SchoolJob Veldhuis is a pragmatic engineering leader and entrepreneur with six years of hands-on experience designing scalable platforms and shaping operating models in product-driven consulting environments. As Lead Consultant at Incentro he blends architecture, organizational design, and strategy—co-creating a ~50-person engineering cell, a structured development framework, and go-to-market AI and commerce propositions. He has repeatedly led cross-functional teams to turn fragmented legacy landscapes into coherent, maintainable platforms for e-commerce and enterprise clients, bridging technical choices with business needs. Job also co-founded an independent publishing company, bringing a rare mix of creative product development and operational execution to his technical work. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of London and is pursuing advanced studies that signal a continued investment in both technical depth and business acumen. Colleagues describe him as a builder who prefers pragmatic standards and developer autonomy over one-size-fits-all solutions.
