Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJoda Stoesser is a pragmatic CTO and serial founder with 11 years of experience turning ambiguous customer needs into workable technical roadmaps and resilient infrastructure. Based in Germany, he co-founded coders.win and coders.fail while running Joda.works as a fractional CTO and digital problem solver, blending hands-on DevOps with product-minded project ownership. His background in server administration, project management and community-driven networking (Freifunk Bremen) informs a systems-first approach to scalable, maintainable solutions. Joda is motivated by "weird problems & sleek solutions" and actively bootstraps developer-focused initiatives in public, emphasizing learn-by-doing and community feedback. He pairs formal studies in computer and technical computer science with a knack for translating technical constraints into clear commercial proposals and quotes. Colleagues know him for quietly owning both the big-picture architecture and the gritty infrastructure details that keep products running.
