Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoe Harlow is a seasoned software engineer and former CTO/co‑founder with 13 years of experience building payments and fintech platforms from London. He has moved between hands‑on engineering and technical leadership roles—shaping product and infrastructure at startups like Paybase and trustshare before returning to focused engineering positions. Comfortable across front‑end and back‑end stacks, Joe’s roots in interactive and multimedia development (ActionScript, iOS prototyping) give him a pragmatic, product‑facing approach to engineering. He combines startup grit with enterprise discipline, having led teams and shipped high‑traffic consumer work as well as regulated payment systems. A committed builder now contributing code and product expertise at Gizmo, Joe brings both operational leadership and a developer’s attention to detail.
