Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoe Levy is a seasoned software engineering leader with 15 years of experience building developer-focused, highly available distributed systems and multi-tenant cloud services. Based in Seattle, he has guided developer experience teams at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure—eventually directing SDKs, CLIs, API review, and IDE integrations—and serves on the Business Governance Board for the Open API Initiative under the Linux Foundation. His background spans hands-on program management and engineering leadership at Microsoft Azure, where he shipped scalable automation and configuration services, and early work building a high-traffic news platform and private cloud at Duke. Joe combines strategic governance and standards advocacy with practical contributions to open-source documentation (notably improvements to the OCI Python SDK docs), making him adept at translating API design and developer workflows into reliable, production-grade developer tooling.
