Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJoe Prisk is a Lead Engineer based in New Zealand with nine years of experience building performant, accessible web experiences across frameworks like Vue, React, Gatsby, Next.js and platforms including Shopify and Craft. He blends design sensibility (Master of Art and Design, First Class Honours) with front-end engineering discipline to deliver pixel-accurate interfaces that prioritize web performance and inclusivity. Having progressed from front-end roles to leadership at Thinkmill, Joe mentors teams while staying hands-on in architecture and implementation. His background spans fast-paced agency work and product-focused delivery, routinely turning tight mockups and specs into robust, cross-browser solutions. Notably, he couples practical team leadership (earlier retail and gallery co-founder experience) with a creative eye, making him adept at aligning user experience, brand and technical constraints.
