Top SchoolJoe West is a software engineer with 8 years of full-stack experience who spends most of his time crafting polished frontends, particularly with React and Bootstrap, backed by Laravel and MySQL on the server. At Workiva he led design and implementation of cross-workspace export/import functionality, added advanced query relationship logic, and helped migrate a large codebase to Redux—demonstrating an ability to deliver both feature-level UX improvements and large-scale architectural changes.
