Top SchoolJoe Zhou is a Senior Software Engineer with 14 years of experience specializing in Linux kernel, BSP and driver development, low-level C and Python automation, and virtualization on IA, ARM and MIPS platforms. At Wind River he has led BSP ports, bootloader work (UBOOT/Coreboot) and designed long-lived automated test suites and build-management frameworks for Pulsar distributions and certification on server and embedded platforms. Comfortable across bootloaders, QEMU/KVM and hardware interfacing, he pairs deep system-level debugging with pragmatic automation to reduce boot times and accelerate releases. Fluent in English and experienced with cross-architecture ports (Intel, NXP, Broadcom, Loongson), he also brings hands-on experience developing DSP and SoC drivers and test harnesses. Based in Beverly Hills, he combines production-grade kernel engineering with a penchant for performance benchmarking and build orchestration that quietly keeps complex embedded fleets reliable.
