👤
SeniorJoel Bair is a Senior Full Stack Developer and Principal Software Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience and a 20+-year lifetime engagement with computing and open source. He architects and builds high-performance, scalable web applications and distributed infrastructure—most recently leading full-stack development, GEO edge hosting, CI/CD, and MongoDB performance at MyCaseBuilder using the MEVN stack. Joel pairs hands-on coding (front-end 3D/WebGL, SVG, WebSockets, back-end APIs) with systems-level expertise in Linux, Docker, backups, and security hardening, a blend honed at SendSites, NOAA, and multiple product-focused roles. A community-minded OSS advocate who started coding on a Commodore at age 10, he brings pragmatic engineering, strong operational discipline, and a preference for simple, lasting solutions that improve parent ecosystems.
