Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoel Blandino is a Full-Stack IV engineer and cloud architect with 12 years of experience building scalable, secure systems across government, fintech, media, and startups from Santo Domingo. He specializes in AWS/Azure microservices, Kubernetes/Docker orchestration, and resilient Node.js/TypeScript/Python APIs, and has moved monoliths to micro-frontends serving 10k+ concurrent users. Joel pairs hands-on engineering (worker threads, Cluster, child processes) with observability and shift-left DevOps practices, and has implemented low-latency WebRTC and real-time voice integrations alongside LLM routing pipelines to optimize cost and user experience. He’s delivered analytic platforms turning terabytes of logs into business insights and often blends AI tooling (LangChain, pgvector) into product flows—an engineer who equally enjoys pushing runtime limits and designing pragmatic architectures.
