Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoel Foster is a Senior Technical Product Manager in New York with 10 years of experience scaling consumer and B2B products from 0-to-1 and beyond. He’s led dramatic operational pivots—most recently turning a human-in-the-loop call center into a fully AI-driven voice order taker that flipped gross margins from -30% to 80%—and has a track record of driving GMV and adoption through product-led feature launches. Comfortable both as a strategic PM and a hands-on prompt engineer, he pairs technical fluency in blockchain and developer tooling with strong go-to-market instincts demonstrated across startups and consultancy engagements. A former founder in the crypto staking space, he combines grassroots community growth with product and tokenomics insight, and by night builds algorithmic FOREX trading bots while staying active in web3. Outside work he volunteers at a football charity and balances a developer’s curiosity with practical delivery and measurable business impact.
