Top SchoolJoel Jeddeloh is a Vice President of Engineering and UX-focused developer with a decade of experience building delightful web experiences, from freelance e-commerce projects to leading global teams at SaaS companies. He specializes in bridging design and engineering—blurring the line between UX and code—to create interoperable CSS systems, polished animations, and scalable front-end infrastructures. At Cornerstone and Pear Deck he managed multi-site, multi-language web stacks and a large CSS architecture, and today leads engineering at Virtual Masons while continuing senior engineering work at Reel Health. Joel combines hands-on implementation with people leadership, thriving on assembling diverse, highly skilled teams to produce solutions greater than any individual could craft. His background in mechanical engineering and early hands-on ventures—from co-founding an organic CSA to teaching abroad—gives him a practical, systems-oriented approach and a global perspective on user experience.
