Top SchoolJoel Lindow is a collaborative software engineer with nine years of experience who has blended back-end development, production support leadership, and renewable-energy hardware projects into a pragmatic, team-focused career. He progressed from junior developer and production support roles into LVL 3 engineering management and post-deployment operations leadership at Aetna/CVS Health, bringing hands-on troubleshooting and process improvements to large enterprise systems. Joel also founded Old School Solar, applying technical design and product sourcing to off-grid PV systems—an uncommon cross-disciplinary thread that highlights his problem-solving outside pure software. Based in Jefferson City, Tennessee, he values goal-setting, learning with others, and creating new ideas, even while currently stepping back from professional work due to a permanent disability.
