Top SchoolJoel Ndoh is a software engineer and entrepreneur with seven years of experience building high-transaction distributed systems and architecting resilient infrastructure for institutions across Africa. As co-founder of SpringBok he built ERP-enhancing payment ecosystems and modular architectures that prioritize security, customization, and real-time analytics, and led deployments that materially improved operational efficiency at universities. Previously he architected Fuspay’s multi-tenant neo-banking platform and independently designed a KYC/KYB compliance engine used to onboard international merchants. Joel combines hands-on backend engineering with product instincts and deep stakeholder empathy—he routinely maps political and human workflows to technical solutions. He also contributes to language-preservation tech and has experience building cross-border social apps, showing a pattern of tackling culturally and technically complex problems. Based in Lagos, he’s driven by a long-term vision to shape public finance and policy through pragmatic, data-backed technology.
