He built a Marketing Center of Excellence from the ground up, driving governance, capability development, and virtual/hybrid team operations while aligning demand generation and ABM closely with sales to accelerate pipeline. Previously he led APAC product marketing at IBM, executing integrated demand and customer programs that scaled revenue and advocacy across complex enterprise accounts. Joel blends data-driven decision-making with creative brand and employer initiatives, and is known for turning strategic vision into measurable growth. His background spans B2B SaaS, global go-to-market orchestration, and hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams, plus an MBA from JBIMS and an engineering foundation.
