Top SchoolJoel Ross is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with 14 years of formal experience and a two-decade track record founding and scaling digital product companies. As President and Co-Founder of Augusto Digital he blends hands-on engineering leadership with a hypothesis-driven approach to de-risking digital investments, helping enterprises and startups build integrated web and mobile platforms. He has led engineering teams and complex client implementations—from asset tracking systems to payment and contractor management products—while also shipping reusable frameworks that standardized development across organizations. Based in Michigan, Joel combines product-minded strategy with deep delivery experience and an uncommon dual perspective as both a developer and serial founder.
