Top SchoolJoel Waymack is a Principal Cloud AI Engineer with a decade of experience building cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions across startups and enterprise firms. He blends hands-on architecture and team leadership—having led Azure architect teams at Microsoft, directed engineering organizations, and founded two startups—to convert strategic vision into production systems that drive business value. Comfortable with both executive collaboration and detailed technical decisions, he specializes in Azure-hosted AI and application hosting while coaching teams to higher productivity. Based in Missouri, he pairs an MS in Computer Science with a background in embedded and simulation work from Boeing, which gives him a practical systems perspective often missing in cloud-first practitioners.
