Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoeri Van Dooren is a seasoned telecom and engineering leader with 11+ years of formal experience and a career tracing back to early internet system administration in the 1990s. As founding CEO and majority shareholder of WeePee NV and spinoff WeePee telecom, he has built one of Belgium’s early VoIP pioneers and led complex multi-homed hosting across three major datacenters. He now combines executive leadership with hands-on engineering as Head of Engineering at RF.Guru and serial co-owner of several small ventures, applying deep expertise in VoIP, hosting resilience, and electronics. Based in Ostend, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with practical product instincts—equally comfortable designing radio DIY kits or architecting carrier-grade voice platforms. An early adopter of internet infrastructure, he brings a pragmatic focus on reliability and scalability that’s informed by decades of running networks and founding businesses.
