Top SchoolJoey Rosztoczy is a hands-on technology and business leader with 11 years of experience building high-performance teams, products, and systems across startups and enterprise contexts. As a co-founder and senior engineering leader he’s taken products from 0 to 1, guided hypergrowth to eight-figure ARR in under a year, and managed order-of-magnitude scaling across infrastructure, data/ML, and client platforms. He blends deep Elixir/Erlang and distributed-systems expertise with practical full‑stack experience (React, Typescript, Kubernetes, AWS) and a track record of modernizing build and deploy pipelines. Joey is equally focused on culture—coaching, difficult conversations, inclusivity, and leading with integrity through pivots and reductions in force. Based in Denver, he pairs endurance habits like marathon running and mindfulness with a pragmatic engineering mindset that favors resilient, production-first architectures.
