Top SchoolJohan Axelsson is a seasoned technology and business leader with 20+ years helping manufacturing, distribution and retail firms streamline processes through ERP (Movex/Infor M3), eCommerce and mobile solutions. As founder of LeanSwift and former Global Consulting Head for Wipro’s Infor practice, he blends hands-on technical know-how (Ionic, Angular, Java, PHP) with strategic advisory experience to drive measurable cost and efficiency gains. He currently advises AI-driven ERP innovation at Infomind.ai and sits on the board of Alisa MedTech, focusing on lifecycle cost reduction and smarter ERP automation. Known for turning complex integrations and large-scale implementations into repeatable solutions, he also has deep expertise in business intelligence (QlikView) and commerce platforms (Magento). Based in Malmö, Sweden, Johan pairs a practitioner’s coder background with executive experience, and he still enjoys shipping app-level code alongside boardroom strategy. An often-overlooked strength is his track record retraining and scaling technical teams through major platform transitions, from RPG to Java and beyond.
